Agendas & Minutes

We meet at 7.00pm in the Studio at Kibworth Community Hub (previously Kibworth Grammar School Hall) located on School Road, on the fourth Tuesday of the month except in July and December. The agenda is published three clear working days prior to the meeting. Decisions are recorded in minutes, published within a week of the meeting. Minutes are approved at the following meeting and signed by the Chairman accordingly. To see a signed copy, please contact the Clerk.
